1. For admission to other Classes, the child should have successfully completed the previous level of study.
2. Students seeking admission in Grade II and upwards may be asked to appear for a written test, at the school’s discretion.
3. Students coming from schools following National Curriculum or ICSE or State Matriculation board or any International curriculum may be admitted on the strength of their transfer certificate counter signed by the authorities of the educational board concerned, and a satisfactory record of performance in the previous school.
4. Admission is subject to availability of seats in the particular class, and is at the school’s discretion.
5. The student has to complete all pre-admission formalities such as submission of all documentation, payment of fees etc before the admission is confirmed.

1. Parents who are seeking admission for their child can apply online by downloading the online application form, filling it up and submitting it online with the required /specified documents.
2. The school office will contact the parents who have submitted the application form through telephone and mail and inform them about the schedule and platform for an online interview. Interviews will be conducted through WhatsApp conference call.
3. The admission committee comprising of the Principal, Vice Principal and class/subject in-charge teacher will interview the student and the parents on the scheduled day and time. The subject teacher will conduct an oral test for the student on basic concepts learnt in the previous class.
4. The Result /Selection of the candidate for admission will be communicated to the parents by the School office through email. The parents of the selected students will receive the Selection form containing payment details (amount, mode of payment, the school bank details) through email.
5. Once the fee payment is completed online, parents fill up the given payment detail form and send it to the emails specified in the communication format.
6. Once the fee payment details are received by the school, the parents will receive confirmation of admission through e-mail.
7. The student has to complete all three admission formalities - 1. submission of all documents 2. Selection in the interview and 3. Payment of fees, before the admission is confirmed.

1. Is the school affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi?
   Alpha School is affiliated up to senior secondary level to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
2. Do you admit children from overseas?
   Children from overseas’ schools are admitted in Alpha, subject to them passing the admission test conducted at the school.
   As Alpha follows tested teaching methodologies adopted globally, the transition of ward in the school is likely to be swift and stress less.
3. Do you open mid-year admissions?
   Yes for Classes Pre-KG, LKG and UKG. However, for other classes, genuine cases like relocation and transfer are considered.

9. What is the criterion for admission to the School?
   For KG Classes, personal interaction session with the child along with the parent is required. For Class I, oral tests are conducted. For all other classes from Class II to IX Entrance Tests in English, Maths, Science, Social and Language are conducted.
