1. For admission to other Classes, the child should have successfully completed the previous level of study.
2. Students seeking admission in Grade V and upwards may be asked to appear for a written test, at the school’s discretion.
3. Students coming from schools following CBSE or ICSE or State Matriculation board or any International curriculum may be admitted on the strength of their transfer certificate counter signed by the authorities of the educational board concerned, and a satisfactory record of performance in the previous school.
4. Admission is subject to availability of seats in the particular class, and is at the school’s discretion.
5. The student has to complete all pre-admission formalities such as submission of all documentation, payment of fees etc. before the admission is confirmed.

1. All the admission queries received through telephone and emails will be answered by Admission In charge.
2. Admission In charge will communicate to the parents, through telephone and email, details and steps regarding the online admission process and share the link to open the online application form.
3. Parents, after filling the form can submit it online, uploading along with it the required documents.
4. The submission detail is automatically sent as a report to the email id of Admission in charge which also contains a unique registration number which will be used for future references.
5. Admission in charge sends the summary of the submitted application forms along with the application forms and the uploaded documents to the Principal, once in 2 days, for verification.
6. The Principal schedules the online interviews for the students, along with their parents.
7. An admission committee which includes the Principal, Coordinator, HODs of Sciene, Maths, English & Tamil is formed by the Principal.
8. The schedule (date, time and mode) of the online interview is communicated by Admission In charge to the parents through phone and also through email.
9. The online interview will be conducted through video conferencing for classes V to IX
10. The Result will be communicated to the parents by Admission In charge next day.
11. The parents of the selected students will also be intimated about selection through email.
    a) The Selection form containing payment details.
    b) the RTGS Form with amount, mode of payment, number of instalments for the year, date line for payment, the school bank details.
    c) The payment details form, to receive confirmation of payment from school management, will be sent.

1. Do you admit children from overseas?
   Children from overseas’ schools are admitted in Alpha, subject to them passing the admission test conducted at the school.
   As Alpha follows tested teaching methodologies adopted globally, the transition of ward in the school is likely to be swift and stress less.

   Genuine cases like relocation and transfer are considered.
