In addition the HR of many Organizations contact the College through the Placement Convenor by mail and Phone to invite the students for recruitment. The College accepts these invitations and arranges for recruitment drives in the College based on the criteria requirements set by the Industry. The Students are informed of the drives and the eligible students register and participate in both On Campus and Off Campus drives. The Placement coordinators along with able student volunteers conduct the drive as per plan drawn up by the Convenor. The Offer letters / Letter of Intent is given to the Placement Convenor/ Principal who hand it over to the students. Once the students are selected in Tier 1 companies, they are discouraged from participating in Tier 2 companies so as to enable all students to get recruited.

In case of any difficulties faced by the student to join the Industry, the Placement convenor contacts the Company HR and resolves the problems and issues. Whenever needed the Placement team also vouches for the credentials of the students during background verification by the Company.
